Which countries/document types are supported?
US passport and visa photos, China 一寸/二寸/passport/resident ID sizes, and EU/Schengen visa and passport sizes, plus a custom size option for anything else.
Is my photo uploaded to your servers?
No — positioning, background removal, and export all run locally in your browser using client-side code. Nothing is uploaded, on any plan.
How accurate is the background removal?
A neural network model (Google's MediaPipe selfie segmenter) runs first for the highest quality; if it can't load (offline, blocked, etc.) an offline graph-based algorithm takes over automatically. You can always touch up either result with a brush tool.
What if the automatic result isn't perfect?
Use the green ("keep") and red ("remove") brushes on the background step — every stroke re-solves the cutout instantly.
Will this photo definitely be accepted?
We compile size/background/head-position specs from official published sources, but requirements can vary slightly by issuing office and can change. Always confirm current requirements with your specific consulate, embassy, or agency before submitting — we show this reminder again at export time.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes 3 full-resolution exports a month with a small watermark. Pro ($6/mo) removes the limit and the watermark, and adds batch print-sheet export.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account page — no phone calls, no retention flow. You keep Pro access until your current billing period ends.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't prorate mid-cycle cancellations, but reach out via the support address in your confirmation email if something went wrong and we'll sort it out.
