1. The service

ID Photo Studio ("the Service") lets you create ID-photo-formatted images from a photo you supply, entirely within your browser. We provide the Service "as is" and make no guarantee that any output will be accepted by a specific passport office, visa center, or other authority — always verify current requirements with the issuing authority before submitting.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you'll retain paid-plan access until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create fraudulent identity documents, to impersonate another person without authorization, or to violate any applicable law. You're solely responsible for the photos you create and how you use them.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the photos you upload and create. We claim no ownership over your content — it never leaves your device in the first place.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including a document being rejected by an issuing authority.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
